Appointment & Cancellation Policy – The Skin Tonic At The Skin Tonic, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and respect for both our clients and our schedule, please review the following policies: Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients. Late Arrivals A 15-minute grace period is provided. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations Appointments that are missed without notice or canceled the same day will be charged 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies. We appreciate your understanding and continued support—it helps us provide the best experience for all of our clients. Card on File Requirement A valid card on file is required to book and hold all appointments. If a card is declined or invalid, an invoice will be issued for the balance due.
